  • Identify patients with castrate-resistant prostate cancer (CRPC)

  • Review current and future modalities available for the treatment of CRPC.

  • Discuss therapeutic strategies that may mitigate skeletal adverse events associated with metastatic prostate cancer and its treatment.

I note that a discussion of DHT inhibition is absent. Regardless of evidence supporting the block of 5 alpha reductase, it just makes sense to inhibit this enzyme along with ADT. In addition, there is no mention of the range of response to Sipuleucal T. I thought that some received a complete response with the immunotherapy. Still this is a very good article. I am amazed that several of the urologist I have talked with are unaware of many of the points presented here.
